Abstract | Bonton je knjiga koja sadrži pravila ponašanja kojih bi se svaki pojedinac trebao pridržavati. Poslovni bonton podrazumijeva između ostalog lijep i poslovan izgled, kulturno ponašanje u liftu, hodniku, prema kolegama, poslovnim partnerima, kulturnu komunikaciju telefonom i drugim sredstvima komuniciranja. Komunikacijom se želi nesto podijeliti, učiniti nesto zajedničkim ili općim. Komunikacija je razmjena informacija između sugovornika. Poslovni čovjek na temelju izvrsne komunikacije želi na što bolji način predstaviti svoju kompaniju i tako poboljšati rezultate poslovanja. Najjednostavniji način za prijenos informacija je usmeno. Na takav način sudionici u razgovoru na najbolji način iznose svoju misao kako bi postigli sporazum ili kako bi ih to dovelo do željenog poslovnog cilja. Pisana poslovna komunikacija se može izvoditi u paprinatom ili elektroničkom obliku. Kod iste riječi predstavljaju sredstva prenošenja poruka. Poslovno pismo, memorandum, telefaks, chat čine pisanu poslovnu komunikaciju. Kao najbrži način sklapanja poslovnog sporazuma uzima se telefonski razgovor no čak i tada postoji mogućnost da se razgovor ne obavlja na adekvatan način. Priprema prije samog razgovora je najvažnija jer potrebno je prikupiti sve informacije koje su potrebne da bi razgovor uspio. Isto tako veoma je važno i drugoj strani dopustiti da iznese svoje mišljenje i komentare. Kao što je potrebno pridržavati se poslovnog bontona u vlastitoj zemlji, također je jako bitno pridržavati se poslovnog bontona na sastancima sa stranim poslovnim partnerima. Pravila lijepog ponašanja pomažu nam da izgradimo osobni stav, te ona u suštini predstavlja ulaznicu u svijet poslovne komunikaciije. Pod zlatna pravila dobrog ponašanja podrazumjeva se: izgled, maniri, poštenje, uvažavanje, osobnost te stil izražavanaja. |
Abstract (english) | Bonton is the book witch contains behaviors witch every single person shuold abide. Business bonton involves, between other things nice and businesslike appearance, cultural behavior in the elevator, the hallway, according to colleagues, business partners, cultural communication by telephone and other means of communication. People use communication to share something, do something comman or general. Communication is the exchange of information between the interlocutors. Business man on the basic of excellent communication wants a better way to present own company and that way improve business results. The easiest way to transfer informations is orally. On that way, the participants in discussion on the best way present their ideas to reach an agreement or to make them lead to the desired business objective. Written business communication can be carried out in paper or electronic form. For the same, the words represent means of passing messages. Business letter, memo, fax and chat make a written business comunication. As the fastest way of concluding a commercial agreement takes the phone conversation but even then there is a possibility thet the interview was not carried out adequately. Preparation before the interview is the most important because it is necessary to collect all the informations they need to communication would worked. Also it is very important and the other to allow them to give their opinions and comments. As you need to abide by the business bonton in your own country, it is also very important to abide by the business bonton in meetings with foreign business partners. Rules of good behavior help us build a personal view and it is essentialy a ticket to the world of business communications. Under the golden rules of good behavior means: appearance, manners, honesty, respect, personality and style expression. |
