Abstract
Pojam organizacije pojavljuje se još u antickoj povijesti. Gledano iz perspektive poduzeca i gospodarskih subjekata, predstavlja slaganje pojedinih dijelova poduzeca u smislenu i funkcionalnu cjelinu. Financijska funkcija je jedan od najznacajnijih dijelova te cjeline. Razvoj financijske funkcije i financijskog menadžmenta pocinje pocetkom 20 st., i u vrlo kratkom roku postavlja ih na znacajno mjesto u poduzecu. Njena važnost osobito se manifestira kod potrebe poduzeca za dodatnim novcanim sredstvima radi financiranja novih projekata. Tu dolazi do izražaja financijski menadžment koji prikuplja ta novcana sredstva kako unutar poduzeca tako i iz vanjskih izvora kao što su razne banke, fondovi itd. Poduzece Spin Valis d.d. tipican je primjer uspješnosti baziranoj na kvalitetnoj organizaciji financijske funkcije.
Abstract (english)
The concept of organization appears in the Antic history. From the perspective of companies it means stacking individual parts of the company in a meaningful and functional unit. The financial function is one of the most important parts of that unit. The development of financial functions and financial menagement starts of the beginning of the 20th century. It places them in a short time at a significant position in the company. It's importance is especially manifested in the company's needs for additional funds to finance new project. This is where the financial menagement that collects the funds both within the company and from outside sources such as various banks, funds and etc. The company „Spin Valis d.d.“ is a typical example of success based on the quality of the organization of the financial function.
