Abstract
Tema završnog rada su nasljednopravni ugovori – sličnosti i razlike. Nasljedno pravo definirano je u objektivnom i subjektivnom smislu te pretpostavke koje moraju biti ispunjene kako bi došlo do nasljeđivanja. Navedena su i objašnjena načela nasljednog prava. Definirano je zakonsko, oporučno i nužno nasljedno pravo. Prema Zakonu o nasljeđivanju objašnjeni su nasljedni redovi. Detaljno su razrađeni oblici oporuka i njen sadržaj. Obrađeni su nasljednopravni ugovori, a to su ugovor o ustupu i raspodjeli imovine za života, ugovor o doživotnom uzdržavanju i ugovor o dosmrtnom uzdržavanju. Navede su karakteristike ugovora te sličnosti i razlike između svakoga od njih. Također je obrađena usporedba hrvatskih nasljednopravnih ugovora s dvije strane zemlje.
Abstract (english)
The theme of this thesis are the inheritance contracts – similarities and differences. Inheritance law is defined in the objective and subjective sense and the requirements that must be fulfilled in order to cause inheritance. The principles and hereditary rights are listed and explained. Also, legal, will and necessary inheritance law are being defined. Hereditary lines are explained according to the Inheritance act. Forms and content of wills are elaborated in detail. Inheritance contracts are analyzed in the thesis and they are: the contract of assignment and allocation of assets for life, the contract for lifelong maintenance and contract lifetimes maintenance. A comparison between the contracts is made, their similarities and differences and their characteristics are pointed out. In the end croatian inheritance contracts are compared with the ones in two other foreing countries.
