Abstract
Društveno odgovorno poslovanje predstavlja određeni oblik integracije u poslovanje poduzeća te je dobrovoljan, odnosno provodi se bez zakonskih regulativa i prisila. Društvena odgovornost važan je čimbenik poslovne uspješnosti poduzeća. U današnjem vremenu ono je neophodno te bi svako poduzeće trebalo poslovati u društveno odgovornim uvjetima jer na taj način osim što čine dobro okolini u kojoj djeluju podižu svoju reputaciju na višu razinu. Primjena društveno odgovornog poslovanja danas je sve popularnija i postala je ustaljenom praksom u razvijenom svijetu, prvenstveno zato što se pokazalo kako od ovakve prakse imaju koristi svi uključeni. Društvena odgovornost na poslovanje Drogerie Markt utječe povoljno kroz smanjenje troškova, povećanje reputacije, prednosti u marketingu, doprinosi zaštiti okoliša, prednosti kroz porezne olakšice i povoljnije financiranje putem fondova.
Abstract (english)
Socially responsible business represents a certain form of integration into the business of a company and is voluntary which means it is carried out without legal regulations and compulsions. Social responsibility is an important factor in the company's business success. In today's time, it is essential that every company should be doing business in socially responsible terms because in that way, besides doing a good environment in which they operate, they raise their reputation to a higher level. The application of socially responsible business today is becoming more and more popular and has become a standard practice in a developed world, primarily because it has proven that the benefits of such practices are benefited by everyone involved. Corporate Social Responsibility, in this case Drogerie Markt is beneficial for cost reduction, reputation enhancement, marketing benefits, environmental protection benefits, tax relief benefits, and better funding through funds.
