Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada je „Publicitet u promociji“. Tematika rada biti će obrađena u teorijskom i istraživačkom dijelu. Publicitet je svaki neplaćeni oblik javnog obavještavanja javnosti o nekoj novosti kao što je na primjer proizvod, neka pojava, ličnost i slično. Ono uključuje privlačenje pozornosti i dobavljanje informacija i koristi medije kako bi se privukla pozornost i kako bi se informirala ciljana javnost. Za svako poduzeće je jako bitan pozitivan publicitet, ali postoje slučajevi gdje je od velike koristi i negativan publicitet. U radu će biti obrađeni oblici i vrste publiciteta, te objašnjen pojam promocije. Istraživanje će biti provedeno putem interneta na Facebook stranici „Dm drogerie markt Hrvatska“, a cilj istraživanja je utvrditi kako pozitivni i negativni komentari utječu na publicitet i promociju čitave kompanije.
Abstract (english)
The theme of this final work is "Publicity in Promotion". Work topics will be elaborated in the theoretical and research part. Publicity is any unpaid form of public disclosure of a news item such as a product, a phenomenon, a personality, and the like. It involves attracting attention and receiving information and using the media to attract attention and to inform the targeted public. For every company, there is a great deal of positive publicity, but there are cases where it is of great use and negative publicity. In this paper the forms and types of publicity will be discussed, and the concept of promotion will be discussed. The research will be conducted over the internet on Facebook "Dm drogerie markt Hrvatska", and the purpose is to determine how positive and negative comments affect publicity and promotion of all company.
