Abstract
Zadatak ovog završnog rada bio je provjera zdravstvene ispravnosti odabranih uzoraka vode. Analizirani su uzorci vode iz javnog vodoopskrbnog sustava grada Požege i okolice tijekom mjeseca ožujka 2015. godine. Uzorci su testirani na slijedeće mikroorganizme: ukupni koliformi, Clostridium perfringens, Escherichia coli, Enterokoki, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, te ukupan broj bakterija na 37ºC i 22ºC. Zdravstvena ispravnost je utvrđena u skladu sa važećom zakonskom regulativom. Korištene su referentne metode, a analiza je obavljena u ovlaštenom laboratoriju za analizu voda. Na osnovu provedenih analiza, utvrđeno je kako su svi uzorci zdravstveno ispravni, budući da su svi analizirani parametri zadovoljili propisane vrijednosti.
Abstract (english)
The primary object of this research was examination of health safety of selected water samples. Origin of the samples is public water supply of Požega town and surroundings, and they were collected during March 2015. Samples were tested for total Coliform bacteria, Clostridium perfringens, Escherichi acoli, Enterococcus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and total bacteria at 37ºC and 22ºC. Health safety is determined according to valid Croatian legislation. Analysis were done in accredited laboratory for water analysis according to reference methods. Considering all tasted parameters are within specified values, it can be concluded that all samples are safe for consuming.
