Abstract
Pod pojmom robno – prometni tok podrazumijeva se kretanje robne razmjene u svijetu koja se obavlja pomoću prometa i trgovine. Značajan je pokazatelj obima i strukture djela svjetskog prometa. Ribe su hladnokrvne životinje iz skupine kralježnjaka koje žive gotovo isključivo u vodi i dišu pomoću škrga. Ribe se odlikuju raznolikošću boja, veličina i oblika. Danas na svijetu postoji oko 28 000 vrsta riba. Na svjetskoj razini vodeće zemlje u pogledu ulova su SAD, Kina, Peru i Indonezija dok su unutar Europske unije vodeće zemlje u pogledu proizvedene količine Španjolska, Velika Britanija i Danska. Ribarstvo značajno sudjeluje u izvozu prehrambenih proizvoda Republike Hrvatske. Najznačajnija tržišta su Japan, Italija i Španjolska, a vrijednost uvoza proizvoda ribarstva niža je od vrijednosti izvoza. Tržište proizvodima ribarstva u Republici Hrvatskoj temelji se na registriranim prvim kupcima s obzirom da se prva prodaja obavlja isključivo preko njih
Abstract (english)
Term commodity traffic flow implies movement of commodity exchanges in the world which is performing with the help of traffic and trade. It is a significant indicator of volume and structure of fish world trade. Fish is cold-blooded animal from group of vertebrates and they live exclusively in the water and breathing with branchiae. They come in different colours, sizes and shapes. There is around 28 000 fish spices. World-wide, leading countries in catching fish are USA, China, Peru and Indonesia while under European union leading countries are Spain, United Kingdom and Denmark. Fisheries is a major contributor to the export of food products in Croatia. Most important markets are Japan, Italy and Spain, and value of import is lower then export. Market of fishing products in Croatia is based on registered first buyers given the fact that first selling is exclusively done through them.
