Abstract
U ovom završnom radu se detaljnije pojašnjava vozni sklop vozila. On se sastoji od karoserije, ovjesa, kotača i pneumatika, upravljačkog sustava vozila te kočnog sustava vozila. Karoserija služi za smještaj vozača, putnika, terete i pogonskog agregata. Vrlo je bitna konstrukcija karoserije kako bi se ostvarila kvalitetna zaštita putnika. Ovjes je temeljni dio vozila jer spaja karoseriju s podlogom, odgovoran je za udobnost i sigurnost vozila. Kotač prenosi pogonsku silu na podlogu te tako pokreće vozilo. Pneumatici su jedini dio vozila koji se oslanja na površinu stoga predstavljaju jako bitan dio vozila. Proces nanošenja antikorozivne zaštite i bojanje vozila su vrlo bitni procesi jer zaštićuju i sprječavaju propadanje karoserije. Amortizeri su dio ovjesa, a cilj im je prigušiti oscilacije karoserije. Opruge se dijele na gumene, čelične i plinske.
Abstract (english)
In this final paper is in detail explained vehicle rolling set. Rolling set consist of carosserie,suspension,wheels and tires, steering system and breaking system. Carosserie is used for driver, passengers,cargo and drive units. Carosserie construction is very important for security quality of all passengers. Suspesion is basic part of vehicle because it connects carosserie with understructure and that way runs vehicle. Tires are only part of the vehicle which relies on the ground , because of that tires represent really immportant vehicle part. Corrosion protection implatation process and vehicle painting are fundamental because they protect and prevent the degradation of carosserie. Dampers are sunspension part but also they absorb oscillations from the carosserie. Springs are divided in the rubber springs, steel springs and gas springs.
