Abstract
U ovom radu teoretski je obrađena revizija normi ISO 9001. Prikazane su norme od njihovog nastanka pa do danas. Također govorimo o njihovim prednostima i nedostatcima radi kojih su nastajale nove revizije normi od 1994. godine. Zadatak normi je zadovoljiti želje i potrebe kupaca, a njena svrha je da postavlja zahtjeve za uspostavu i održavanje sustava upravljanja kvalitetom. Može se primijeniti na organizacije svih vrsta i veličina kao što su male, srednje, velike, profitne, neprofitne, proizvodne itd. Potrebno je upravljati organizacijom na pravi način kako bi postigli uspješan rad i vođenje. ISO norme osiguravaju sigurnost, pouzdanost i dobru kvalitetu proizvoda i usluga. Koristi od primjene ISO norma imaju poduzeća, inovatori, kupci, potrošači, državna uprava, trgovci, zemlje u razvoju i mnogi drugi.
Abstract (english)
This paper gives a theoretical overview of the revision of ISO 9001 standards. The standards from their creation to the present day are shown. We also talk about their strengths and weaknesses, which have led to new revisions to the standards from 1994. The task of the standards is to satisfy the wishes and needs of customers, and its purpose is to set requirements for the establishment and maintenance of a quality management system. It can be applied to organizations of all types and sizes such as small, medium, large, for-profit, not-for-profit, manufacturing, etc. It is necessary to manage the organization in the right way in order to achieve successful operation and leadership. ISO standards ensure safety, reliability and good quality of products and services. Companies, innovators, customers, consumers, government, traders, developing countries and many others benefit from the application of ISO standards.
