Abstract
Poslovni rizici neizbježan su dio današnjeg poslovanja tvrtki. Od mnogo različitih vrsta rizika, po svojoj učestalosti i važnosti najviše se spominju financijski rizici, no ne treba zanemariti ni političke rizike, kao ni one karakteristične za zemlju poslovanja. Shodno tomu, na primjeru koncerna Agrokora i krize koja je zapala tu multinacionalnu tvrtku, proučavaju se metode zaštite rizika pomoću kojih se možda mogao izbjeći konačan slom Agrokora. Osim toga, postavlja se pitanje umiješanosti države u pogodovanje, pomaganje ali i konačno, rušenje Agrokora, te se promišljanjem u tom smjeru dolazi do pojma crony odnosno kroni-kapitalizma.
Abstract (english)
Business risks are an unavoidable part of today's companies. Out of many different sorts of risks, the most discussed in literature are the financial risks, although one cannot forget about political risks, nor the risks associated to a certain country. Because of that, risk management methods will be explained on a case study of Agrokor, which could have been used to perhaps prevent the final fall of the multinational company. Beside that, a question is asked about the Croatian government being involved in the growth and fall of the company, one with answers likely pointing to a crony capitalism type of economy.
