Abstract
Mladi su pokretačka snaga svakog društva te njihovo aktivno sudjelovanje u društveno - političkom životu predstavlja generator rasta i razvoja svake države. Nezaposlenost predstavlja jedan od najvećih problema svake države. Cilj ovog rada je analizirati nezaposlenost mladih u Republici Hrvatskoj, ali prioritet je analiza nezaposlenosti mladih osoba u Šibensko – kninskoj županiji koji se ne mogu zaposliti sukladno svojim kvalifikacijama, sposobnostima, te stupnju obrazovanja.
Abstract (english)
This final work deals with labour market and unemployment with special emphasis on youth unemployment in County of Šibenik-Knin. Young people are the driving force of every society and their active participation in socio – political life is the generator of growth and development of every country. Unemployment is one of the biggest problems of every state. The aim of this paper is to analyse youth unemployment in the Republic of Croatia, but the priority is to analyse youth unemployment in County of Šibenik-Knin which cannot be employed according to their qualifications, abilities and level of education.
