Abstract
Turizam je područje gospodarstva koje prevladava u većini zemalja svijeta, a posebice u Republici Hrvatskoj kao iznimno kvalitetnoj i popularnoj turističkoj destinaciji. Osim prirodnih ljepota i mnoštva manifestacija u području glazbe, sporta, filma i umjetnosti, ova zemlja obiluje raznovrsnom gastronomskom ponudom. Svako hrvatsko područje – grad, regija ili županija, donosi svoje specifičnosti sa svim svojim kvalitetama. Budući da svaki moderni turist, osim same prirode i krajolika, teži i dobroj gastronomskoj ponudi, u Republici Hrvatskoj su se počeli održavati festivali hrane. Takvih festivala ima jako mnogo i svaki je od njih specifičan i jedinstven. Međutim, svi se oni održavaju s istim ciljevima, a to su prezentacija i promocija autohtone hrane s tog područja, ali i edukacija o važnosti određene hrane kao i zdravog načina prehrane, pogotovo u današnje doba stresa i ubrzanog načina života.
Abstract (english)
Tourism is an area of the economy that prevails in most countries of the world, and especially in the Republic of Croatia as an extremely high quality and popular tourist destination. In addition to natural beauty and many events in the field of music, sports, film and art, this country abounds in a diverse gastronomic offer. Each Croatian area - city, region or county, brings its own specifics with all its qualities. Since every modern tourist, in addition to nature and landscape, strives for a good gastronomic offer, food festivals have begun to be held in the Republic of Croatia. There are many such festivals and each of them is specific and unique. However, they are all held with the same goals, namely the presentation and promotion of indigenous food from the area, but also education about the importance of certain foods as well as a healthy diet, especially in today's stressful and fast-paced lifestyle.
