Abstract
Turizam je jedna od najvažnijih gospodarskih grana Republike Hrvatske. Današnja velika dinamičnost i konkurentnost tržišta iziskuju od sudionika na tržištima sve veća ulaganja i investicije kako bi uopće opstala. Kapital kojeg poduzeća prikupljaju za financiranje investicija na hrvatskom financijskom tržištu najvećim dijelom dolazi putem bankarskih kredita. Većina banaka nudi financiranje građana ili poduzeća u sektoru turizma putem različitih modela turističkih kredita. Bankarske ponude obuhvaćaju i kratkoročne i dugoročne kredite te kredite za pripremu turističke sezone i izgradnju novog, tj. renovaciju postojećeg objekta. U radu se analiziraju ponude šest najvećih banaka prema ukupnoj aktivi na hrvatskom bankarskom tržištu.
Abstract (english)
Tourism is one of the most important economic branches of the Republic of Croatia. Today's great dynamism and competitiveness of the market requires from the participants in the markets increasing investments and investments in order to survive at all. The capital that companies raise to finance investments in the Croatian financial market comes mostly through bank loans. Most banks offer financing to citizens or companies in the tourism sector through various models of tourism loans. Banking offers include short-term and long-term loans, as well as loans for the preparation of the tourist season and the construction of a new or renovation of an existing facility. This final paper analyzes the offers of the six largest banks according to the total assets on the Croatian banking market.
