This work represents the gastronomic offer in Croatia. Modern tourists are increasingly striving for new forms of tourism, the sun and the sea no longer meets their needs. One of the new forms of tourism is gastro tourism, which is becoming increasingly popular in Croatia. Croatia is a country rich in natural, cultural and gastronomic offer where you can find something for everyone, but also there is a lot of space to improve the offer. Istria is the region that stands out the most in the gastronomic offer and its manifestations have reduced the seasonality which is a problem of other regions. Slavonia and Lika have traditional kitchen. They do not follow modern trends in gastronomy and do not have something "new" to offer to the guests. This work defines the concept of gastro tourists and the target market. Therefore offers should be created in the way to attract new guests. Tourism is one of the fastest growing branches of the economy in Croatia and Croatia is the country with the largest share of tourism in GDP, so it should constantly invest in its offer to become the most desirable destination in the world.
