Abstract
U ovom radu analiziralo se tržište vrijednosnih papira. Tržište vrijednosnih papira možemo definirati kao pričuve viška novčanih sredstava. Također vrijednosni papiri mogu biti sredstva u opremi i pogonima. Kada poslujemo bilokojom vrstom vrijednosnih papira imamo dva različita pojma odnosno pojam prava iz papira, pojam prava na papir.. Vrijednosni papiri koriste se kao način plaćanja u trenutcima kada smo u nedostatku efektivnog odnosno kovanog ili papirnog novca. Vrijednosni papiri mogu glasiti na donosioca, na ime ili po naredbi, posjedovanjem vrijednosnih papira vlasnik stječe jedinstvena prava koja može iskoristiti na propisane načine. Razlikujemo stvarne vrijednosne papire kao što su teretni list, skladišni list i sl. Takve vrste vrijednosnih papira daju vlasnicima prava na preuzimanje robe i novčane vrijednosne papire odnosno dionice, obveznice, mjenice i sl. koje daju vlasnicima prava na dobivanje određenog novčanog iznosa u nekom vremenskom intervalu.
Abstract (english)
This paper analysed the securities market. The securities market can be defined as surplus funds reserves. The securities may also be the means of equipment and facilities. When we deal with a bilge type of securities, we have two different concepts, that is, the concept of paper law, the concept of right to paper. Securities are used as a way of paying in moments where we are in the absence of effective or forged or paper money.. Securities may be issued in bearer form, on behalf or by order, by owning the securities the owner acquires unique rights that can be used in the prescribed ways. We distinguish between actual securities such as freight waybills, storage paper, etc. Such types of securities shall be given to owners of the right to take over the goods and monetary securities or shares, bonds, notes and breakdowns which entitle the holders of the right to obtain a fixed sum of money at a time interval.
