Risk is an inevitable phenomenon in the daily business of a company and it is very importantto know how to manage it. There are different types of risks and every company faces them,and one of them is financial, which represent situations in which the company often realizes financial losses. Financial risk represents the risk of the company's financing costs or the risk that originates from its indebtedness, and they distinguish risk, liquidity, currency risk, interest rate risk, price risk, credit risk and portfolio risk.This final paper presented the financial results of the company Ilirija d.d. on the basis of whichit can be concluded that, although the crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic has left itsmark, it has not shaken the business of the same. The results achieved during the pandemic are somewhat less favorable, but due to the quality management, the foundation and its values and strategies, this company continued to work at "full steam" and maintained its position in all theue to the quality management, the foundation and its values and markets in which it operates.
