This final work explains what the right to access information is, how this right has developed through history, and further its legal framework. It finds out how much information is available to every a physical and legal person, what are the subjective and objective elements for exercising the same right, but also the limitations. Enabling the availability of information is essential for every person so that they can continue to act in various life situations, from making private or business decisions to acting in a particular legal procedure. The regulation of the right to access information is the most important part of the matter of information administrative law. This right includes the protection of personal data, the protection of secret data, part of media law, the work of archives, the segment of regulations on the administration system that governs the relationship between the administration and citizens, procedural matters such as public hearings, inspection of files and access to evidentiary material, official statistics, etc. The paper also analyzes the principles of international legislation and valid international legal documents such as the general declaration.
