The paper explains the process and significance of company financing through the issue of securities. The process of financing a company through the issuance of securities involves attracting capital from investors by selling securities on the capital market. The process of issuing securities provides companies with funds that can be used for various purposes, such as business investments, debt repayment, acquisitions or dividend payments to shareholders. Investors buy securities with the expectation of a return on investment, either in the form of dividends or an increase in the value of the securities. Issuance of securities is a key way of financing companies on the capital market. The paper describes the types of securities issuances and their features, with special emphasis on primary and secondary, and also open and limited issuance. The regulatory framework governing the listing of securities on the regulated market, under the supervision of HANFA, was also presented. In the practical part of the work, a short content of the prospectus of the company Ericsson Nikola Tesla is presented for inclusion in the listing of public joint-stock companies.
