Abstract
Kontroling je proces upravljanja i kontroliranja poslovanja organizacije s ciljem postizanja postavljenih ciljeva, optimizacije resursa i donošenja informiranih odluka. Kontroling obuhvaća različite aktivnosti i funkcije, a osnovni cilj mu je osigurati da organizacija postiže svoje ciljeve na najefikasniji Kontroler je odgovaran za kvalitetnu raspodjelu poslova unutar svih razina menadžmenta. Kontroling pomaže kod povećanja efikasnosti i efektivnosti poslovanja. Cilj ovog rada je opisati kontroling kao funkciju u poslovanju, definirati njegove vrste i objasniti zašto je od velike važnosti za kvalitetu proizvodnje u Impol-TLM.
Abstract (english)
Controlling is the process of managing and controlling the organization's operations with the aim of achieving set goals, optimizing resources and making informed decisions. Controlling encompasses various activities and functions, and its main goal is to ensure that the organization achieves its goals in the most efficient way. The controller is responsible for the quality distribution of work within all levels of management. Controlling helps to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of business. The aim of this paper is to describe controlling as a function in business, to define its types and to explain why it is of great importance for the quality of production at Impol-TLM.
