Abstract
Tradicionalna hrana Dalmatinske zagore predstavlja pravu gastronomsku poslasticu koja je duboko ukorijenjena u bogatu kulturnu baštinu ovog prekrasnog hrvatskog područja. Dalmatinska zagora, koja se proteže unutarnjim dijelom Dalmacije, nudi svojevrsnu kulinarsku čaroliju koja je rezultat stoljetnih tradicija i lokalnih utjecaja. Ono što čini kuhinju Dalmatinske zagore posebnom jest njezina jednostavnost i autentičnost. Ovdje se hrana priprema s ljubavlju i pažnjom, koristeći se sastojcima koji su lako dostupni na ovom ruralnom području. U središtu zagorske prehrane često se ističu meso i povrće koje se uzgajaju na obližnjim farmama, a upravo je taj svježi i lokalno proizvedeni sastojak ključna komponenta mnogih jela. Hrana je duboko povezana s identitetom i obiteljskim vrijednostima stanovnika Dalmatinske zagore.
Abstract (english)
The traditional food of the Dalmatian Zagora is a real gastronomic treat that is deeply rooted in the rich cultural heritage of this beautiful Croatian region. The Dalmatian Zagora, which stretches through the interior of Dalmatia, offers culinary magic that results from centuries-old traditions and local influences. What makes the cuisine of Dalmatinska Zagora special is its simplicity and authenticity. Here, the food is prepared with love and care, using readily available ingredients in this rural area. At the center of the Zagorje diet, meat and vegetables grown on nearby farms often stand out, and this fresh and locally produced ingredient is the key component of many dishes. Food is deeply connected with the identity and family values of the inhabitants of Dalmatian Zagora.
