Abstract | Nastanak konflikta je sastavnio dio svakog poslovanja, te je, za uspješno upravljanje konfliktima u menadžmentu, potrebno jako dobro poznavati sve segmente poslovne komunikacije i uspješno balansirati između verbalne i neverbalne komunikacije, odnosno na menadžeru je da na vrijeme prepozna uzroke koji su doveli do konflikta između zaposlenika unutar sustava. Slijedom navedenog važno je istaknuti kako je predmet ovog završnog rada je upravljanje konflikatima u menadžmentu, a kako bi se razumio proces upravljanja konkfliktima u menadžmentu potrebno je ponajprije adekvatno obrazovanje menadžera koji upravlja konfliktnim situacijama. Naime, konflikti unutar organizacije mogu se pojaviti iz različitih razloga, a u dosadašnjoj praksi najučestaji razlozi pojave konflikta uzrokovani su rokovima izvršenja radnih zadataka, međuljudskim odnosima te promjenama koje nastaju unutar organizacijske strukture. Cilj završnog rada jest izučiti efekte unutarnjih organizacijskih sukoba, razumjeti njihove korijene, uzroke i implikacije te na primjeru poslovne komunikacije demonstrirati osnovne i specifične principe uspješnog upravljanja konfliktima u okviru menadžmenta. |
Abstract (english) | The emergence of conflict is an integral part of every business, and for the successful management of conflicts in management, it is necessary to know very well all segments of business communication and successfully balance between verbal and non-verbal communication, that is, it is up to the manager to recognize in time the causes that led to conflict between employees within system. Following the above, it is important to point out that the subject of this final thesis is conflict management in management, and in order to understand the process of conflict management in management, first of all, adequate education of managers who manage conflict situations is necessary. Namely, conflicts within the organization can arise for various reasons, and in current practice, the most frequent reasons for the occurrence of conflicts are caused by deadlines for the execution of work tasks, interpersonal relationships, and changes that occur within the organizational structure. The goal of the final paper is to analyze the impact of conflicts within the organization, the reason for their occurrence, cause, and effect, and to show the general and specific principles of successful conflict resolution in management using the example of business communication. |
