Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada je odnosi s javnošću. Prvi dio je uvod autora u zadanu temu, odnosno definira pojam odnosa s javnošću. Zatim povijest odnosa s javnošću u Hrvatskoj i svijetu, te podjelu odnosa s javnošću. Dalje u radu autor definira odnos interneta i odnosa s javnošću s obzirom da je danas internet kao komunikacijski kanal postao bitan element u odnosima s javnošću. Zatim definira odnose s javnošću u funkciji društveno odgovornog poslovanja i njegov razvoj u društveno odgovornom poslovanju i Hrvatskoj i svijetu, te navodi primjere dobre prakse velikih kompanija koje posluju u Hrvatskoj. U zadnjem dijelu rada autor definira modele odnosa s javnošću, te objašnjava Gruning - Huntove modele odnosa s javnošću. Nakon cijelog rada autor daje zaključak o zadanoj temi.
