Abstract
Predmet rada je gastronomska ponuda autohtonih prehrambenih proizvoda na otoku Kornatu. Nacionalni park Kornati već je više od dvadeset godina intenzivno okrenut turizmu i kreiranju turističke ponude koja unutar sebe uključuje i ponudu autohtonih proizvoda posjetiteljima. U radu se objašnjava gastronomski turizam i važnost marketinga u navedenom području, te se opisuje destinacija čija će gastronomska ponuda biti predstavljena, Nacionalni park Kornati s posebnim naglaskom na otok Kornat. Određeni broj autohtonih namirnica tipičan za Kornatsku otočku prehranu odabran je kao uzorak te im je određena prehrambena vrijednost. Istraživanje predstavljeno u radu provelo se s ciljem upoznavanja gastronomske ponude ugostiteljskih objekata na otoku Kornatu, kako bi se saznalo koje se vrste autohtonih prehrambenih proizvoda nalaze na jelovniku. Istraživanje je provedeno putem ankete s vlasnicima sedam ugostiteljskih objekata, na otoku Kornatu, a rad može poslužiti u svrhu promocije gastronomske ponude ugostiteljskih objekata koji su pristali sudjelovati u istraživanju.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this paper is the gastronomic offer of autentich food products on the island Kornat. The Kornati National Park has been more than 20 years facing tourism intensively and creating tourist offer, which also includes the offer of autentich product to visitors. This paper explains the role of gastronomic tourism and the importance of marketing in this area, also describing the destination whose gastronomic offer will be presented, the National Park Kornati, island Kornat. A certain number of autentich food typical of the Kornati island food have been selected as a semple and have a certain nutritional value. The aim of research presented in this paper is to find out which kinds of autentich offer are in the menu in the restaurants in island Kornat. The research was conducted through survey with the owners of seven restaurants on the island Kornat, and the paper can serve to promote the gastronomic offer of the restaurants who agreed to participate in the research
