Abstract
U ovom radu pregledat će se osnovni pojmovi maloljetničke delikvencije, te ćemo detaljnije prikazati sustave i metode koji su zaduženi za rješavanje i suočavanje sa maloljetničkom delikvencijom. Prvi dio rada fokusira se na osnovne karakteristike delikvencije, uvjete nastajanja te krug djelovanja. Drugi dio rada sadrži statističke podatke koje detaljno prikazuju kretanja stope delikvencije kroz pojedine godine, te vrste kaznenih dijela. Nadalje u nastavku drugog dijela rada analiziramo institucije koje su nadležne za slučajeve delikvencije te na koji način te iste institucije međusobno surađuju. Završni dio rada posvećen je pravosudnom aspektu riješavanja problematike te sudjelovanju ministarstva unutarnjih polsova kroz razne metode zakonski propisanih sankcija i prevencije.
Abstract (english)
The theme of this paperwork is the basic notions of juvenile delinquency, which will be reviewed, and presented in more detail way lather through out the paperwork. We will also cover methods that are in charge of solving and dealing with juvenile delinquency. The first part of the paper focuses on the basic characteristics of delinquency, conditions of formation of the delinquency itself and the scope of action. The second part of the paper contains statistical data detailing the movements of the delinquency rate over a given year, and the types of criminal offenses. The second part also explains the institutions responsible for cases of delinquency and how these institutions co-operate. The final part of the work is devoted to the judicial aspect of solving problems and the involvement of the police through various methods of legally prescribed sanctions and prevention.
