Abstract
U radu se obrađuje važnost obuke zaposlenika kao elementa upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima u suvremenim organizacijama. Obuka zaposlenika je kontinuirani proces koji je potrebno planirati u svim fazama profesionalnog života zaposlenika, a s ciljem osiguranja konkurentske prednosti organizacije i poticanja razvoja inovacijskih sposobnosti. Rezultati rada upućuju na zaključak kako se priroda obuke zaposlenika postupno mijenja te se uz tradicionalne oblike obuke razvija i virtualna obuka zaposlenika u sklopu sustava e-učenja. Uspješnost realizacije obuke zaposlenika uvjetovana je sukladnošću obuke s organizacijskim potrebama i optimalnim odabirom instrukcijskog dizajna. Prilikom odabira instrukcijskog dizajna moguće je koristiti procesne, odnosno fazne modele ili modele usmjerene na ishode učenja.
Abstract (english)
This article discusses the importance of employees´ training as an element of human resource management in contemporary organizations. Employee training is a continuous process that needs to be planned at all stages of the professional life of employees, in order to ensure the competitive advantage of the organization and to promote the development of innovative capacity. The results of the work suggest that the nature of employee training is gradually changing and traditional forms of training are being enriched by developing virtual training for employees as a part of e-learning environment. The success of implementation of employees´ training is determined by compliance with organizational training needs and the selection of the optimal instructional design. When choosing instructional design, it is possible to use the process (phase) models or models focused on learning outcomes.
