Abstract
U ovom radu obrađena je tema koja govori aktima u međunarodnim organizacijama. Razvoj i porast broja država kao i potreba za međudržavnom suradnjom dovela je do stvaranja brojnih međunarodnih organizacija. Međunarodne organizacije predstavljaju institucionaliziran i trajni oblik suradnje država članica njihovih država članica u izvršenju određenih zajednički postavljenih ciljeva. Međunarodne organizacije osnivaju se međunarodnim ugovorom država članica koji su u isto vrijeme i ustavni akti za odnosnu međunarodnu organizaciju. Naravno potpisom tih ugovora države članice obvezuju se na preuzimanje određenih obveza ali i na borbu za postizanje zajedničkih ciljeva. Odlučivanjem u međunarodnim organizacija pokazuje se osobnost, volja, međunarodne organizacije, a akti kao produkti odlučivanja međunarodnih organizacija zahtijevaju punu pozornost u pogledu utjecaja na pravni poredak pojedine države članica, ali i na obvezu, postupanje i odnos akata međunarodnih organizacija s pojedinom državom članicom, zbog čega zaslužuju potpuno razumijevanje i pozornost.
Abstract (english)
This paper is about legal acts of international organizations. Development and the growth of number of states, as well as their need for cooperation have led towards creation of number of international organizations. They, as such, represent institutionalized and constant form of cooperation between member states in process of achievement of their common goals. International organizations are established with international contract of member states, which is a constitutional act for the international organization. By signing this contract, member states are biding to undertake political commitments. Deciding in internation organizations is a formal act that shows it's identity and willingness. These legal acts are important in the way they impact legal order of each member state, but also, in the way they define obligations, procedures and relations of acts with each member state, for which reasons these acts call upon full attention and understanding.
