Abstract
U radu se objašnjava što je to alternativna prehrana i koje se sve vrste prehrana može nazvati alternativnima. Za razliku od uobičajenog koncepta uravnoteženih prehrambenih navika koji se najčešće uspoređuje s piramidom pravilne prehrane, alternativna prehrana nudi različite pristupe u pripremi i konzumiranju namirnica. Postoje raznovrsni oblici alternativne prehrane, a najpoznatiji oblici su vegetarijanstvo (veganstvo, frutarijanstvo), sirovojedstvo, kao i sve popularnija paleo prehrana bez glutena. U istraživačkom djelu rada analizirali su se primjeri dnevnog jelovnika za vegetarijansku i paleo prehranu kao dvije najveće suprotnosti unutar alternativnih vrsta. Na ovaj način se prikazalo koliku energetsku vrijednost ima svaki od jelovnika alternativne prehrane i zadovoljava li optimalni unos svih potrebnih makronutrijenata u svrhu uravnoteženog funkcioniranja organizma.
Abstract (english)
The paper explains what is the alternative diet and what types of diet can be called alternatives. Unlike the usual concept of balanced eating habits, that is most often compared to a pyramid of proper nutrition, alternative diet offers different approaches to preparing and eating food. There are various types of alternative diet, and the most popular forms are vegetarianism (vegan, fruitairanism), raw food as well as more popular paleo diet without gluten. Research presented in the paper analyzes examples of daily menu for vegetarian and paleo diet as the two biggest contradictions within alternative types of diet. In this way it is shown how much energy value has each of the alternate diet menus and is it optimal input of all the necessary macronutrients for the purpose of a balanced functioning of the organism satisfied.
