Abstract | Pravilna ,zdrava i razborita prehrana podrazumijeva zdravo unošenje svih neophodnih
hranjivih tvari (ugljikohidrati, masti, proteini, vitamini, minerali i voda), umjereno količinski,
raznoliko, primjereno životnoj dobi da se održi optimalno zdravlje.
Alergije i drugi oblici nepodnošenja pojedine hrane područja su kojima se bavi tzv. posebna
prehrana. Jedna od takvih vrsta je bezglutenska i sirova prehrana, dok veganska prehrana
ima danas rastuću popularnost, naročito među tinejdžerima i mladima, posebno ženama. Za
mnoge od njih ovaj izbor prehrane proizišao je iz brige o zemljinim resursima i okolišu, a
ostavljaju se i pitanja etike u proizvodnji životinjske hrane, korištenju antibiotika i stimulansa
rasta kod životinja, opasnosti od bolesti životinja koje se prenose i, naravno, zdravstvene
prednosti prehrane na biljnoj bazi.
Naprotiv kod bezglutenske prehrane, njen cilj i glavni zadatak je jasan- izbjeći gluten. Zato je
jako važna spoznaja o izvorima glutena i namirnicama koje ne sadrže ovaj sastojak.
Bezglutenska dijeta se primjenjuje u okviru medicinske nutritivne terapije oboljelih od
celijakije, glutenske enteropatije. Provođenjem stroge bezglutenske dijete simptomi bolesti će
se ublažiti ili čak i nestati te će s vremenom doći do oporavljanja sluznice tankog crijeva.
Stanje organizma se može toliko oporaviti da bude kao u svake zdrave osobe.
Kod sirove prehrane osnovni cilj je osigurati sve važne nutrijente potrebne za zdravo
funkcioniranje organizma, a pritom minimalno opteretiti probavu. U sirovoj hrani svi
vitamini, minerali i enzimi ostaju potpuno očuvani u svom najsavršenijem prirodnom obliku.
Očuvanjem enzima, vitamina, minerala, aminokiselina i vlakna pojačava se imunitet, potiču
prirodni procesi iscjeljenja, pospješuje se proces čišćenja tijela od nagomilanih otrova,
pomaže regulacija tjelesne težine i metabolizma. Revitalizira, podmlađuje i povećava životnu
energiju i fizičku snagu, te uspostavlja mentalnu i emotivnu ravnotežu. |
Abstract (english) | Proper and healthy nutrition implies a moderate introduction of all necessary nutrients
(carbohydrates, fat, proteins, vitamins, minerals and water), not too much in quantities,
diverse, appropriate for persons age to maintain optimum health.
Allergies and other forms of intolerance of particular food are covered by so-called "special
Dieting''. One area is a glutinous and raw nutrition. Other area known as ''Vegan diet'' has a
growing popularity today, especially among teenagers and youngsters, particulary females.
For many of them this diet choice has come from concern about earth resources and the
environment, but there are also issues of ethics in the production of animal food, the use of
antibiotics and stimulants in animal growth, the danger of transmitting animal diseases and, of
course, health that comes from plan tnutrition.
On the contrary, in the case of gluten-free diet, its goal and the main task is avoiding gluten.
That's why it's very important to learn about gluten sources and foods that do or do not
contain this ingredient. The nonglutic diet is used in the frame work of medical nutritional
therapy of celiac disease, gluten enteropathy. By performing a strict glutinous diet the
symptoms of the disease will decrease or even disappear and eventually the small itestin
emucosa will experience recovery.
The state which body is in can be so improved that it becomes very similar to the one of a
healthy person. In raw food, the basic objective is to provide all the important nutrients
needed for healthy functioning of the body, while minimizing the burden of digestion. In the
raw food all vitamins, minerals and enzymes remain completely preserved in their most
perfect natural form. By preserving enzymes, vitamins, minerals, aminoacids and fibers, it
boosts immunity, stimulates the natural processes of healing, the process of cleansing the
