Abstract | Inteligentni transportni sustavi (ITS) se definiraju kao holistička, upravljačka i informacijsko – komunikacijska nadgradnja klasičkog prometnog sustava i transporta kojima se postiže znatno poboljšanje performansi, odvijanje prometa, učinkovitiji transport roba i putnika, poboljšanje sigurnosti u prometu, udobnost i zaštita putnika, manje onečišćenje okoliša itd. |
Abstract (english) | Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) are defined as a holistic, control and information-communication upgrade of the classic transport system and transport that achieve significantly improved performance, traffic flow, more efficient transport of goods and passengers, improving traffic safety, comfort and safety of passengers, less pollution environment etc. It is defined through 8 functional areas and 32 service set by the ISO organization and in 1999 to the existing 8 services were added 3 more. Intelligent systems of informing passengers and drivers considerably compared to static systems, timetables and information about delays, dismissals flight line or flights and the similarly, and are divided into 5 components, and those are: advanced information systems passengers, group travel service information, service travel information to the driver, a travel information about public transport, this distinctive information services. Route guidance and navigation as well as ITS services are realized in the framework of the location and navigation or via relativity standalone system as part of the system for travel information. The vehicle has two types of navigation systems, and these are mundane (GSM) and satellite (GPS). Switchable signs (EAPs) are also one of the ways that inform passengers and drivers, but their content varies according to the needs of traffic flow. Via the Radio Data System (RDS) passengers and drivers are informed via FM radio transmission that sends information time, station name, and the broadcast signal. |
