Abstract
Osnova odnosa između radnika i poslodavca čini radni odnos. Radni odnos je definiran na temelju radnog prava. Temeljna prava, obveze i odgovornosti radnika i poslodavca iz radnog odnosa uređena su zakonima, pravilnicima, kolektivnim ugovorima i drugim propisima koja se odnose na radnička prava i njihovu zaštitu. Zaštita zaposlenika u obuhvaća niz odredbi i propisa uređenih prije svega Ustavom, a potom zakonima i ostalim propisima. Temeljni zakon kojim je određena zaštita zaposlenika te njihova prava je Zakon o radu. Osim Zakona o radu radni odnosi su uređenim i nizom drugih zakona i propisa koji se odnose na opća prava radika iz radnog odnosa, zaštiti dostojnstva i privatnosti radnika, zaštita radnika na radu te na zdrastvenu zašitu radnika i mirovinsko osiguranje radnika
Abstract (english)
The basis of the relationship between a worker and an employer is a working relationship. Work relationship is defined on based on labor law. Fundamental rights, obligations and responsibilities of workers and employers from work relations are regulated by laws, regulations, collective agreements and other regulations relating to labor rights and their protection. Employee protection encompasses a number of provisions and regulations governed primarily by the Constitution, and subsequently by laws and other regulations. core the law defining the protection of employees and their rights is the Labor Act. Apart from the Labor Act, labor relations are regulated by a number of other laws and regulations relating to the general rights of workers from work, the protection of the dignity and privacy of workers, the protection of workers at work and to the occupational health and safety of workers.
