Abstract
Kvaliteta se danas koristi kao bitan alat kojim poduzeća postižu konkurentsku prednost i uspjeh na tržištu. Naime, kvalitetan proizvod odnosno usluga je ključ za uspjeh. Ispitivanjem tržišta, tvrtke teže zadovoljenju potreba i zahtijeva kupaca. U tom pravcu, prvi cilj Sustava upravljanja kvalitetom je implementiranje zahtjeva norme ISO 9001 te njena uspješna certifikacija. Prema zahtjevima ISO norme Uprava ja zadužena za funkcioniranje Sustava upravljanja kvalitetom, osiguravanja potrebnih resursa, upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima, analize ostvarenih rezultata te neprekidnog poboljšavanja procesa u poduzeću. Da bi poduzeće uspješno održavalo kvalitetu uspostavljenih procesa dodatno ulažu u obrazovanje i usavršavanje svojih zaposlenika kao bitnog interesnog partnera Sustava. Cilj završnog rada je obraditi odgovornost Uprave za uspješnost uspostave i održavanja Sustava upravljanja kvalitetom prema zahtjevima norme ISO 9001.
Abstract (english)
Quality today is used as an essential tool which companies achive competitive advantage and success on the market. Namely, a quality product or in other words service is key to success. By examing the market, the company strives to complete the needs and demands of the buyers (customers). In that direction, the first goal of the System of managing quality is to impement the demands of the norm ISO 9001 and it is successful certification. By the demands of the ISO standards Management is responsible for functioning of the System for managing quality, providing necessary recources, managing human potential, analizing achived results and continuanly improving the process in the company. And that the company should successfully maintain the quality of the established processes they further invest in education and training of their employees as an important partner of the System. Main goal of the final work is to deal with the responsibility of the Management for success of establishing and maintaining a quality management System according to the requirements of ISO 9001.
