Abstract
Žensko poduzetništvo je većinom mikro poduzetništvo, od svega nekoliko ljudi. Službeni podaci pokazuju da u Europskoj uniji tvrtke koje vode poduzetnice imaju pet ili manje zaposlenih. Male tvrtke generalno teško dolaze do financiranja, a kod poduzetnica je dodatni problem jer su žene rjeđe vlasnice nekretnina koje služe kao garancija kredita. Stoga su za financiranja ženskih pothvata neophodne posebne poticajne mjere i strateško partnerstvo različitih vladinih programa s poslovnim bankama u cilju poticanja poduzetničkih projekata žena s potencijalom rasta. U našoj zemlji županije, kao i Ministarstvo gospodarstva, daju poticaje za poduzetnike početnike, pri čemu žene dobivaju nekoliko bodova više jer su – žene.
Abstract (english)
Female entrepreneurship is mainly micro enterprises, from just a few people. Official data show that in the European Union companies that link entrepreneurs have five or fewer employees. Small businesses generally find it difficult to finance, and entrepreneurs are an additional problem because women are less property owners who serve as a loan guarantee. Therefore, for the funding of women's enterprise necessary special incentives and strategic partnership of various government programs with commercial banks in order to encourage entrepreneurial projects of women with growth potential. In our country the county, as well as the Ministry of Economy, provide incentives for business start-ups, where women receive slightly more points because they are women.
