Abstract
Glavna značajka na koju se organizacije moraju usmjeriti kako bi postigle i održale konkurentsku prednost su ljudski potencijali, odnosno talenti. Takve osobe ili grupe ljudi imaju visoku razinu znanja, sposobnosti, nadarenosti i drugih kompetencija, te time zahtijevaju poseban pristup. Upravljanje talentima je organizacija koja je opredijeljena za zapošljavanje, zadržavanje i razvoj vrhunskih i najtalentiranijih zaposlenika koji će svojim sposobnostima pridonijeti uspjehu organizaciji.
Abstract (english)
The main feature that organizations need to focus on in order to achieve and maintain a competitive edge is human potential, that is, talent. Such people or groups of people have a high level of knowledge, ability, giftedness and other competences and thus require a special approach. Talent management is an organization committed to recruiting, retaining and developing top and most talented employees who will contribute to the organization's success with its capabilities.
