Abstract
U radu su objašnjene individualne metode poticanja kreativnosti te kako primjenom svake od njih pojedinac razvija mogućnosti za dolazak do rješenja nastalog problema ili problema koji bi tek mogao nastati. Ove metode koriste se ne samo za rješavanje problema nego i za poboljšavanje i unaprjeđivanje postojećeg stanja. Objašnjen je sam proces mišljenja te pojam kreativnosti i osobine kreativnih osoba koje ih najbolje opisuju. Metode poticanja kreativnosti ključan su aspekt svakog poslovanja kako bi se razvijalo u skladu s vremenom i promjenama koje su sve brže i češće na koje se treba naviknuti i prilagoditi te u njima sudjelovati. Navedene su zapreke kreativnosti koje se pojavljuju u svim sredinama u manjoj ili većoj mjeri kojima se treba oduprijeti te prihvatiti nove ideje i prijedloge koji donose razvitak i širenje horizonta.
Abstract (english)
The paper explains the individual methods of stimulating creativity and how, by applying each of them, the individual develops opportunities to come up with a solution to an emerging problem or problem that might just arise. These methods are used not only to solve problems, but also to improve the existing situation. The thought process itself and the concept of creativity and personality traits that best describe them are explained. Fostering creativity is a key aspect of any business in order to evolve with the times and changes that are becoming faster and more frequent and accustomed to and adapt to and participate in. Listed are obstacles to creativity that appear in all environments to a greater or lesser extent that need to be resisted and to embrace new ideas and suggestions that bring about the development and expansion of the horizon.
