Abstract
Povrće je važan izvor vitamina, minerala, šećera, voćnih kiselina, vlakana i drugih sastojaka koji imaju antioksidativna svojstva i značajno smanjuju rizik od oboljenja. Stoga se tijekom posljednjih desetljeća, sve veća pažnja posvećuje važnosti visokog unosa povrća kao bitnog dijela zdravog načina života. Zbog velike potražnje kvalitetnog povrća na tržištu, proizvođači koriste različite agrotehničke mjere pri uzgoju povrća što podrazumijeva upotrebu različitih vrsta i količina gnojiva. Cilj ovoga istraživanja bio je provesti anketiranje i dobiti uvid u navike potrošača prilikom konzumacije: paprike, rajčice, krastavaca, mrkve i zelene salate te prikazati stanje na tržištu navedenih vrsta povrća.
Abstract (english)
Vegetables are important sources of vitamins, minerals, sugars, fruit acids, fibers, and other ingredients that have antioxidant properties and significantly reduce the risk of disease. Therefore, in recent decades, more and more attention has been paid to the importance of high vegetable intake as an essential part of a healthy lifestyle. Due to the high demand of vegetables in the market, producers use all methods to increase quality, and they include fertilization with diferent fertilizers. The goal of this research was to conduct a survey and gain insight into consumer habits when consuming: peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots and lettuce, and to show the situation on the market of these vegetables.
