Abstract
U radu je analiziran pojam i uloga ljudskih potencijala, te detaljno opisane vještine upravljanja navedenim. Prateći tendenciju sve većeg usmjeravanja na „meke“ menadžerske varijable kao na činitelje kojima se može ostvariti konkurentna prednost u suvremenim poslovnim uvjetima i vještina upravljanja dobiva izniman značaj. To potvrđuje i činjenica da se u literaturi upravljanje sagledava, uz strukturu i strategiju menadžerstva, kao jedan od ključnih činitelja uspješnosti i razvoja. Zadatkom je trebalo detaljno upoznati sam pojam vještina upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima, i njezinu ulogu, te provesti istraživanje u praksi, na temelju upravljanja u poduzeću. Teorijska je analiza pokazala da su ljudski potencijali jedan od najvažnijih segmenata strukture organizacije. Istraživanjem u praksi je dokazano da je struktura poduzeća s kvalitetnom vještinom upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima „poduzeće u prednosti“. Rezultati analize ukazuju da bi trebalo više pozornosti usmjeriti na kvalitetnije i ozbiljnije upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima.
Abstract (english)
This paper analyses the concept and role of human resources. Following the tendency of an increasing focus on "meccas" managerial variables as the factors which may achieve a competitive advantage in today's business environment and management skills gets paramount importance . This is confirmed by the fact that management considers in the literature , with the structure and strategy -management , as one of the key factors of success and development . The task is to be informed in detail about the very concept of human resource management skills , and its role , and conduct research into practice , based on the management of the company. Theoretical analyses has shown that human resources are one of the most important segments of the structure of the organization. Research in practice has proven that the structure of the company with a quality skills of human resources management is „company in advantage“. Results indicate that more attention should focus on quality and serious skills of human resources management.
