Abstract | Komunikacija je proces prijenosa poruka, informacija, želja, ideja, osjećaja i još mnogih stavki od jedne do druge osobe ili grupe ljudi. Komunikacija može biti pisana, usmena, verbalna, neverbalna, ali to su samo neke od vrsta. Verbalna je iskazivanje svih misli pomoću izrečene riječi a neverbalna sve mimo ostalo, svaki pokret, gesta, izgled osobe, izgled sobe itd. Najbolje je kada osobe komuniciraju koristeći se asertivnim stilom gdje obje osobe, strane pobjeđuju. Svaki konflikt treba što brže riješiti jer će obustaviti komunikaciju. Isto tako je važno da osoba aktivno sudjeluje i daje povratnu informaciju te da se empatično uputi u svaku komunikaciju ali i u svako pregovaranje. Pregovaranje je proces kod kojega jedna stranka želi nešto od druge a ta druga nešto od prve, oni međusobno to pregovaraju kako bi došli do željenog dogovora. Cilj su suradnja i dobri međuljudski odnosi tj. trebalo bi se što više pregovarati integrativno a ne distributivno, koristiti strategije i taktike koje će pomoći ovim ciljevima. Kod pregovaranje je bitno dobro se pripremiti, imati jasan cilj, poznavati tip pregovarača, imati BATNU tj. najbolju alternativu dogovora. Komunikacija i pregovaranje su dva jako važna procesa u poslovanju i u društevnom životu čovjeka. Oni se prosežu kroz sve sfere života čovjeka te bez njih nema ni života što je dokazano istrživanjem provedenim kroz anketu. |
Abstract (english) | Communication is the process of transmitting messages, information, desires, ideas, feelings and many more items from one person or group of people to another. Communication can be written, oral, verbal, nonverbal, but these are just some of the types. Verbal is the expression of all thoughts using a spoken word and nonverbal is ewerything else, every movement, gesture, appearance of a person, appearance of a room, etc. It is best when people communicate using an assertive style where both parties win at the end. And any conflict should be resolved as soon as possible because it will suspend communication. It is also important that the person actively participates and gives feedback and that he is emphathetically inolved in every communication but also in every negotiation. Negotiation is a process in which one party wants something from the other and the other wants something from the first, they negotiate it with each other in order to reach the desired agreement. The goals are cooperation and good interpersonal relations, meaning people should negotiate integratively as musch as possible and not distributively, use strategies and tactics that will help achieve these goals. When negotiating, it is important to prepare well, to have a clear goal, to know the type of negotiator, to have BATNA, best alternative to a negotiated agreement. Communication and negotiation are two very important processes in business and in a person`s social life. They extend through all spheres of human life, and without them there is no life, as evidenced by research conducted through a survey. |
