Abstract
Planiranje je proces u kojem se utvrđuju ili odabiru ciljevi i razrađuju zadaće koje će omogućiti da se u nekoj budućnosti ti ciljevi ostvare. Cilj ovog rada je sagledati postojeće stanje programa koje nude Bazeni Slavonski Brod, ponuditi prijedlog poboljšanja istih, zatim ponuditi prijedlog uvođena novih programa. Da bi se isti realizirali potrebno je odraditi dobar marketing plan koji će privući posjetitelje na bazene. Također putem marketinga potrebno je istaknuti sve pozitivne aktivnosti putem kojih će se zadovoljavati sve potrebe posjetitelja. Dobar program nastaje kao rezultat napora svih zaposlenih na Bazenima Slavonski Brod, te njihova sposobnost da se ponudi i odgovori zahtjevima i potrebama posjetitelja.
Abstract (english)
Planning is a process of making or choosing aims, and elaborating tasks that will eventually lead to the achievement of these aims. The aim of this paper is to take a closer look at the existing programmes of the City swimming pools Slavonski Brod, suggest ways of improving those programmes, and suggest or introduce new programmes. In order to make new programmes possible, it is necessary to have a strong marketing plan, which will result in increasing number of visitors coming to the swimming pool. It is also required to point out all the positive activities that would satisfy visitors through marketing. A solid programme is the result of joined effort of all employees of the City swimming pools Slavonski Brod, as well as their capability to offer and respond to the needs and requirements of visitors.
