Abstract
Kako organizacije, industrije i potrošači postaju dinamičniji, korporativno poduzetništvo postaje sve važnije. Iako se na poduzetništvo gleda kao na privatni sektor, korporativno i socijalno poduzetništvo razvili su se u brojnim različitim područjima. Zadatkom je trebalo analizirati pojavu korporativnog poduzetništva pod tim pojmom te potkrijepiti primjerima u hrvatskim i stranim korporacijama. Korporativno poduzetništvo temeljeno je na osnovnom pojmu poduzetništva kao identificiranje tržišnih prilika i kombinacija resursa za stvaranje novih poduhvata. Definicija korporacijskog poduzetništva govori da je to skup postupaka ili radnji unutar poduzeća koji već postoji. Cilj je maksimizirati rezultate koje tvrtka donosi. Ovaj model dobiva na značenju zbog velikog broja ljudi koji su razvili želju za vlastitim poslom, ali su shvatili da bi to mogla biti karijera s manje sigurnosti na stvaranje uspjeha.
Abstract (english)
As organizations, industries, and consumers become more dynamic, corporate entrepreneurship is becoming increasingly important. Although entrepreneurship is seen as a private sector, corporate and social entrepreneurship have developed in a number of different areas. The task was to analyze the phenomenon of corporate entrepreneurship under this term and support it with examples in Croatian and foreign corporations. Corporate entrepreneurship is based on the basic concept of entrepreneurship as the identification of market opportunities and combinations of resources to create new ventures. The definition of corporate entrepreneurship says that it is a set of procedures or actions within a company that already exists. The goal is to maximize the results the company delivers. This model is gaining in importance because of the large number of people who have developed a desire for their own business, but have realized that it could be a career with less certainty on creating success.
