Abstract
U radu se nastojalo analizirati financijski sustav, koja je njegova funkcija, uloga i važnost unutar gospodarstva. Financijski sustav zajedno s svojim tržištima je od neizmjerne važnosti što se kroz ovaj diplomski rad i dokazuje. Posebno se nastojalo osvrnuti na tržište kapitala, odnosno tržište kapitala u Republici Hrvatskoj koje služi za financiranje dugoročnih investicija te instrumenti imaju rok dospijeća duži od godine dana. Korisnici tržišta kapitala najčešće su vlada, poduzeća, banke i različite međunarodne organizacije. Financijski instrument koji je najpoznatiji na tržištu kapitala je dionica. Kada govorimo o tržištu kapitala u Republici Hrvatskoj obratit će se pozornost na njegov razvoj i strukturu. Važu ulogu na domaćem tržištu kapitala imaju institucionalni investitori, a to su mirovinski fondovi, investicijski fondovi, osiguravajuća društva i poslovne banke koji najviše ulažu u instrumente tržišta kapitala. Diplomski rad analizira burzovna tržišta na kojima se trguje vrijednosnim papirima, a najpoznatiji vrijednosni papiri su dionice i obveznice te posebna pozornost se posvećuje Zagrebačkoj burzi.
Abstract (english)
This work is intended to analyze the financial system,its functions and role of impact within the national economy.The main idea of this work is to prove the significance of the financial system along with its correlating groups like the capital market.The capital market in Republic of Croatia is important economical tool that serves in financing the longterm investments with instruments of redemption date longer than one year. The creditors of capital market are mostly government, firms, banks and various international organisations. One of the best known financial instrument on the capital market is stock.This work also demonstrates the development and structure of the capital market in Republic of Croatia. The sinergy of the capital market is in the hands of institutional investors like pension fund,investment fund,insurance companies and banks that are main benefactors regarding investment in capital market. This work also follows the analysis of the stock market and the interaction of loan stocks like shares and securities with special attention to the Zagreb Stock Exchange, Inc.
