Abstract
Tema ovoga rada je važnost odnosa s javnošću u organizaciji. Kao Case Study promatra se Zadruga sa dugom tradicijom i uspješnim poslovanjem dugi niz godina. Obraća se pozornost na ponašanje i zaduženosti djelatnika, što je čiji posao a isto tako i kolika im je odgovornost. Od velike važnosti su odnosi s javnošću pa je isto tako bitno definirati sami pojam te sve osobine djelatnika koje treba imati osoba koja se tim dijelom bavi. Kako bi se došlo do samih odnosa s javnošću mora se pojasniti komunikacija te na koji način ona utječe na samu organizaciju. Komunikacija je bitna u o privatnom životu pa tako u poslovno znači da je komunikacija najvažniji dio za poduzeće. Ona mora bit uspješna, informacije dostupne na vrijeme i isto tako i iskorištene. Niz ljudi je potreban za uspješnu suradnju s javnosti, zahtjeva veliku odgovornost, znanje, obrazovanje, rad i puno truda.
Abstract (english)
The theme of this work is the importance of public relations in the organization. As a case study looks at the cooperative with a long tradition and successful business for many years. Pays attention to the behavior of indebtedness and staff, whose job it is and also what their responsibility is. Of great importance to the relations with the public and is also important to define the term itself and all the features that professionals should have a person who deals with that part. To reach the very relations must clarify communication and how it affects the organization itself. Communication is essential heard private life including the business means that communication is the most important part of the company. It must be successful, the information available at the time and also used. A number of people needed for a successful cooperation with the public, demands great responsibility, knowledge, education, work and a lot of effort.
