Abstract
U radu se definira i pobliže upoznaje sa pojmom i klasifikacijom malih i srednjih poduzeća, zatim funkcijama, pokretanjem poslovanja, specifičnostima marketinga, računovodstvom malih i srednjih poduzeća i na kraju kontrolom i nadzorom. Cilj rada je istražiti sve prednosti i nedostatke malih i srednjih poduzeća te dokazati pretpostavku da i mala poduzeća mogu biti vrlo uspješna i znatno pridonositi zapošljavanju i dobiti,ukoliko pobjede vanjske prijetnje, te da se stanje malih i srednjih poduzeća popravlja i napreduje iz godine u godinu. Hipoteza se potvrđuje, iako se govori o malom napretku. Povećava se ukupni prihod, izvoz, broj poslovnih subjekata te je povećan broj zaposlenih u Hrvatskoj u odnosu na zadnje 3 godine.
Abstract (english)
In this article, author defines more closely acquainted with the concept and classification of small and medium-sized enterprises, then the functions, starting a business, the specifics of marketing, accounting small and medium-sized enterprises and ultimately control and supervision. The aim is to explore the advantages and disadvantages of small and medium-sized enterprises, and to prove the hypothesis that the small business can be very successful and significantly contribute to employment and income, if victory external threats, and that the situation of SMEs is improving and progressing from year to year . The hypothesis is confirmed, although we talk about small progress. Increases total revenue, exports, number of businesses and has increased the number of employees in Croatia in relation to the last 3 years.
