Abstract
Ovim radom prikazuje se važnost raznovrsnih komponenata od kojih ovisimo tijekom cijele poslovne karijere. Struktura rada obuhvaća cjeline značajne za pojam razvoja karijere. U samom početku imamo svojstva menadžerskog posla, zatim su prikazane menadžerske vještine, motivacija kao ključ uspješnog upravljanja, značenje motiviranost i nemotiviranosti u poslovanju te cjelokupnoj poslovnoj karijeri. Drugi dio rada obuhvaća: organizaciju i proces upravljanja, sustave razvoja karijere, ljudske potencijale, strategijski menadžment te značaj aktivnosti i specifičnosti ljudskih potencijala u suvremenim organizacijama. Posebna pažnja u ovom radu bit će usmjerena prema razvoju karijere, kao bitnom životnom razdoblju, izuzetno važnoj sastavnici životnog učenja te poslovnog uspjeha.
Abstract (english)
This work shows the importance of different components we depend on during entire busines scareer. The work structure covers units which are significant for the concept of career development. In the very beginning, there are some properties of managerialjob, after wards managerialskills are shown. Other topics in cluded in this work are: motivation as the key for a succes ful business, meaning of motivation and demotivation in business and entire business scareer. The second part of the work covers: organization and the process of management, systems of career development, human resources, strategic management and significance of activity and specificity of human resources in todays organizations. Special attention in this work is directed to ward career development as an importantlife period, and as an exceptionally important component of life long learning and business succes.
