Abstract
U ovom radu obrađena je i analizirana tematika razvoja menadžerskih funkcija u malom poduzeću. Rad je strukturiran prema cjelinama koje su povezane s djelovanjem menadžerskih funkcija u malom poduzeću. Polazi se od pojmovnog određenja poduzetništva te preduvjeta za razvoj menadžmenta i poduzetništva. Drugi dio rada sadrži značajke malog poduzeća i obilježja menadžerskih funkcija. U trećem dijelu navodi se važnost komunikacije u malom poduzeću. Iz navedenih cjelina dolazi se do naglaska s kojim sposobnostima menadžer može uspješno ovladati zadanim funkcijama.
Abstract (english)
This paper discusses and analyses the theme of the development of managerial functions in a small company. The paper is structured according to the units that are associated with the operation the managerial function in a small company. It starts from the definition of entrepreneurship as well as preconditions for the development of management and entrepreneurship. The second part contains the featuresof small business and characteristics of managerial functions. The third part emphasizes the importance of communication in a small company. These units emphasize the skills a manager needs to successfully mastered the given functions.
