Abstract
Poduzetništvo je danas važno ne samo jer pomaže poduzetnicima da bolje ispune osobne potrebe, već i zbog ekonomskog doprinosa novih pothvata. Ono donosi društvu velike koristi poticanjem ekonomskog rasta i stvaranjem novih proizvoda i tehnologija. Odlazak mladih i obrazovanih kadrova iz zemlje specifična je posljedica visoke nezaposlenosti, a dobar način za zadržavanje istih svakako je poticanje poduzetništva mladih. U radu je objašnjena važnost poduzetničkih vještina i znanja za pokretanje poduzeća, kao i mogućnosti koje su na raspolaganju mladima koji ulaze u poslovni svijet. Mladi poduzetnici su pokretači nacionalne ekonomije i zato u njih treba konstantno ulagati i poticati njihovu kreativnost kako bi se ostvario napredak cjelokupnog gospodarstva i države.
Abstract (english)
Entrepreneurship today is important not only because it helps businesses to better meet personal needs, but also because of the economic contribution of the new venture. It brings major benefits to society by fostering economic growth and creating new products and technologies. Emigration of young and educated people from the country is specific consequence of high unemployment, but good way to keep them is certainly encouraging youth entrepreneurship. In this paper is explained the importance of entrepreneurial skills and knowledge to run the company, as well as the opportunities that are available to young people entering the business world. Young entrepreneurs are the drivers of the national economy and that's why in them must be constantly invest and encourage their creativity in order to achieve prosperity of the economy and the country.
