Abstract
U radu se obrađuje tema utjecaja krize na ugostiteljstvo u Republici Hrvatskoj, utjecaj i čimbenik politike na samo ugostiteljstvo te njegova podjela. U poglavlju Zakonski okviri za djelatnost ugostiteljstva navedeni su i objašnjeni ukratko zakoni kojima se regulira ugostiteljstvo. U poglavlju Općenito o pojmu ekonomska kriza objašnjen je pojam ekonomske krize te uvjeti nastanka iste. Tematika Kriza u Hrvatskoj počeci i uzroci obrađena je u slijedećem poglavlju gdje je se podrobnije objašnjava nastanak, početci i utjecaj krize u Hrvatskoj. Reginalna podjela ugostiteljstva, poglavlje je koje navodi opće podatke podjele ugostiteljstva te njihove eventualne specifičnosti. U poglavlju Utjecaj krize po regijama objašnjava se koliko je krizno poslovanje promjenilo ugostiteljstvo. Zbog svega navedenog može se reći da je rad u potpunosti ispunio sve zadane ciljeve.
Abstract (english)
The final thesis will look into the impact of the crisis on hospitality industry in the Republic of Croatia, impact and factors of politics and the division of the hospitality industry. In the chapter The legal framework for hospitality industry laws are shortly listed and explained by which hospitality is regulated. In the chapter Overview of the concept of economic crisis it is explained the concept of economic crisis and the conditions of the formation of the crisis. The topic Crisis in Croatia beginings and the causes is treated in the next chapter where it is more carefoul explained the the emergence, the begining and afect of crisis in Croatia. Regional division of hospitality, is a chapter which states general divisions of hospitality and their potential diferences. In the chapter Impact of crisis on regions it is explaind how much the crisis bussines had changed the hospitality industry. Because of all that has been listed we can say that work completed all the set goals.
