Abstract
Ovim radom prikazuju se teorije motivacije, ističe se važnost ljudskih potencijala u organizaciji te upravljanje istima pomoću raznih metoda motivacije. Zaposlenici koji su dobro motivirani svoj posao obavljaju bolje i uspješniji su. Samim tme raste uspješnost i konkurentnost organizacije. Način motiviranja, mora se oblikovati tako da zaposlenikove želje i potrebe te da bude usmjeren na postizanje više radne uspješnosti uz adekvatne nagrade za dobro ponašanje zaposlenika. Uspješan način motiviranja mora uključivati nagrađivanje i pravednu raspodjelu nagrada zaposlenicima. Zadovoljstvo zaposlenih i motivacija mjerilo su mjerilo su primjerenosti načina motiviranja u organizaciji. Tijekom povijesti razvile su se razne teorije motivacije od kojih je potrebno spomenuti: Teoriju hijerarhije potreba, odnosno Maslowljevu teoriju i Herzbergovu dvofaktorsku teoriju.
Abstract (english)
This paper presents theories of motivation, emphasizing the importance of human resources in organization and managing them using various methods of motivation. Employees who are well-motivated are doing their job better and more successful. The success and competitiveness of the organization is growing. The mode of motivation needs to be shaped to meet the employee's desires and needs and to be focused on achieving more work performance with an adequate reward for the good behavior of the occupier. A successful way of motivating must include rewarding and fair distribution of prizes to employees. Employee Satisfaction and Motivation Measure are a measure of the appropriateness of the way of motivation in the organization. During the history, various motivational theories have evolved from which be should mentioned: the theory of hierarchy of needs, namely, Maslow's theory and Herzberg's twofactor theory
