Abstract
U radu je proučena laktacija simentalskog goveda na OPG-u Eror te je obavljena usporedba istoga u odnosu na ukupne podatke o proizvodnji mlijeka i mliječnih proizvoda, Državnog zavoda za statistiku Republike Hrvatske u godini 2013. Cilj ovog rada je odrediti nalazi li se OPG Eror na razini državnog standarda proizvodnje mlijeka ili je ispod te razine, s obzirom na ukupnu količinu proizvedenog mlijeka u 2013. i 2014. godini. Uz korištenje odgovarajućih materijala i vlastitog znanja u radu, usporedio sam isplativost te održivost malih gospodarstava i farmi sa prosjekom Republike Hrvatske. Konačno stanje na OPG-u Eror utvrđeno je pomoću brojnih čimbenika koji se protežu kroz sve postupke: dobivanja, spremanja i prodaje mlijeka pa sve do određivanja cijene istoga. Korištenjem podataka o biologiji i porijeklu simentalskog goveda, trajanju perioda zasušivanja i količini hraniva kroz različite periode te usporedbi simentalske pasmine u odnosu na neke plemenite pasmine, namijenjene uzgoju na malim gospodarstvima, utvrđeno je stvarno stanje OPG-a Eror u godinama 2013. i 2014.
Abstract (english)
This assignment studies the lactation of Simmental cattle bred on the OPG (Household Farm) Eror, and compares it to Republic of Croatia's State statistics institute's 2013. milk and dairy production data. The goal of this assignment is to determine if OPG Eror satisfies the state standard for milk production, considering the annual milk production of years 2013. and 2014. Using appropriate material and personal knowledge, in this assignment I have compared the cost effectiveness and sustainability of household farms and the Croatian state average. The final state of The OPG Eror was determined by many factors which span through all procedures: acquisition, stoage and sale of milk and through to milk's price determination. By the use of data about the Simmental cattle's biology and origin, duration of dehydration and amount of feed through different periods and comparison of the Simmental breed to some native breeds used for breeding on family farms, I have determined OPG Eror's final state in the years of 2013. and 2014.
