Abstract
Politika svakog gospodarskog i financijskog sustava povezan je sa ostvarivanjem ciljeva poduzeća, što se posebno odnosi na odluke donesene u kratkom i dugom roku. Tradicionalno se u ekonomiji kao glavni cilj poduzeća navodi maksimilizacija profita. Kako bi poduzetnik ostvario svoj cilj potreban je dobar početni kapital kao i daljnje poslovanje pomoću optimalnih financijskih sredstava. Međutim, dovoljna količina financijskih sredstava nije garancija uspjeha bez kvalitetnog vodstva kako u organizaciji poslovanja tako i u organizaciji ljudskih potencijala. Sastavljanjem financijskog plana, sakupljanjem početnog kapitala i kvalitetnim vođenjem koje će se držati poslovnog plana ostvaruje se prednost na današnjem izrazito konkurentskom tržištu.
Abstract (english)
Policy of every economic and financial system is connected to achieving the success of the company, which refers to decisions made in short and long period. Traditionally, the main goal of the company economy is to get maximum profit. If businessmen want to achieve his goal, he needs decent starting capital and further business with the help of the optimal financial resources. However, sufficient amount of financial resources is not a warranty of success, quality leadership in business organization and in human resources organization. Drafting of a financial plan, collecting inital capital and quality leadership will give you an advantage in todays competitive market .
