Abstract
U radu su analizirani Europski strukturni i investicijski fondovi. Objašnjeni su ciljevi načela i instrumenti kohezijske politike, te njezin utjecaj na razvoj članica EU. Navedeni su i objašnjeni instrumenti financiranja u ESI fondovima. Analizirani su ESI fondovi koji su na raspolaganju Republici Hrvatskoj u financijskom razdoblju 2000.-2020. i s kojim ciljevima kohezijske politike, te strateški okvir za korištenje ESI fondova.
Abstract (english)
This thesis analyzes the European structural and investment funds. It explains the principles and objectives of the cohesion policy and its impact on the development of member states. This paper explains financing instruments in the ESI Funds. We analyzed the ESI funds available to the Republic of Croatia during the financial period 2000th-2020th and with which the objectives of cohesion policy and strategic framework for the use of ESI Funds.
